REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration is confirmed when full payment is received. Because this retreat is intentionally small and your registration allows us to make commitments for lodging, meals, materials, and planning, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the retreat are eligible for an 85% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received 15–29 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the retreat are nonrefundable.
If Human Spirit TLC must cancel the retreat, all retreat registration fees paid to Human Spirit TLC will be refunded. Human Spirit TLC is not responsible for transportation, lodging booked separately, or other personal travel expenses.
Please contact Jennifer directly if an unexpected illness, family emergency, or other significant circumstance arises. Exceptions are not guaranteed, but each situation will be considered with care.
