Meet Jennifer

I believe every person carries an innate wisdom that often becomes quieter—not absent—during times of stress, trauma, illness, or transition. My role is not to provide the answers, but to help create the conditions where that wisdom can be heard again.

I'm Jennifer Nidalmia—a holistic nurse, Reiki Master, educator, researcher, writer, and lifelong student of what helps people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

For more than three decades I've worked alongside individuals, families, healthcare professionals, students, and organizations navigating illness, trauma, learning, and transformation.

Today my work brings together evidence-informed healthcare, trauma-informed practice, Reiki, education, and community wellbeing.

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, but Southern Oregon has been home for many years.

The mountains, rivers, forests, and coastline continually remind me that healing rarely happens all at once. Nature has become one of my greatest teachers, offering lessons about resilience, rhythm, belonging, and renewal.

Whether I'm hiking, walking the beach, or sitting quietly beneath old trees, I find myself returning to the same enduring question:
